Self Care is not always bubble baths and pedicures. Sometimes it’s facing hard triggers and using your tools to move through them.

It’s OK to say no, to slow down, to set boundaries and to stand in your power. Your energy is precious and it should be protected.

Did you know that we do a lot of work with children?

Children can hold stress and tension just like adults. In today’s world, we are seeing an alarming increase of anxiety, hyperactivity, and inability to regulate emotions with children. They are growing up in an overstimulated world now.

Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, and EFT tapping can help regulate the nervous system, clear and tune up the energetic body, and remove negative emotions being held in the body.
