With that being said, a large amount of my focus when sharing yoga is to work on increasing mobility and flexibility throughout the body. While doing so, we are also building strength and challenging ourselves to slow down and effectively use our breath. In my classes I always provide modifications and variations to appropriately fit all levels. I ha

ve men and women varying from all different ages and activity levels. The class is laid back, I play music and we usually laugh at ourselves at least once during the class :-) Its meant to be fun, relaxing and judgment free. I encourage yoga for anyone and everyone. Many of us are sitting hunched over a computer or phone screen all day and need to wake up our body and increase our circulation. Maybe you're running around all day working all sorts of tension into different parts of the body. Or maybe you are an athlete restricting your performance from the tightening of muscles and joints. Range of motion is important in everyone's day to day activities.
