Mandy graduated from La James International College in Johnston, Iowa in 2012. She has worked in both therapeutic and spa settings. Through listening to the body and communication, she has a intuitive approach of assessing the specific ailments and treatments of guests. Mandy's style combines clinically based deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reflexology and stretching to promote pain and tension relief. She enjoys working with guests to reduce or resolve chronic pain, headaches/migraines, sinus issues, TMJ disorder and/or plantar fasciitis. She has seen success and improvement with many who return to her on a regular basis. Suggestions on self care and any other pertinent information are always discussed in session as well. As a mother, Mandy empathizes with the physical and emotional tension women deal with during pregnancy. Her nurturing touch and calming prenatal massage will make all the changes happening to your body seem to melt away. Mandy understands that every person has unique challenges and preferences, and prides herself in being able to hone into the needs of each individual.
