We're proud to have been featured on Boston 25's Wellness Wednesday, where they shared the story of our clients Paula and Lars. Days before her post-stroke discharge, Paula's Managed Medicare plan failed - no primary care provider, no visiting nurses, no access to the blood thinner she needed. Lars called Alder. Our life care manager Meagan was at the hospital that day, and within hours switched Paula to Traditional Medicare, secured providers, arranged home care, and got her medication.
