Quiet moments to remember.

Brew the coffee the way they liked it.
Sit with it. Think of them. Let that quiet time be enough.

Celebrations of life, a more appropriate name for a funeral or memorial service, provide surviving family members and friends a caring, supportive environment in which to recognize the death of a loved one, and to share thoughts and feelings about that person. Celebrations of life are the first step in the healing process.

The ritual of attending a celebration of life service provides many benefits including:
-Providing a social support system for the bereaved
-Helping the bereaved understand death is final and that death is part of life
-Integrating the bereaved back into the community
-Easing the transition to a new life for the survivors
-Providing a safe place for embracing and expressing pain
-Reaffirming one's relationship with the person who died
-Providing a time to say good-bye

The importance of the ritual is in providing a social gathering to help the bereaved begin the healing process.

Throwback to July 28, 2025 — a very big (and very heavy) stone reset.

This one took four guys, a ramp, and a lot of grit. We added a new footing, raised, leveled, and reset the monument, all without truck access due to soggy ground.

We think Colton’s smile says it all… job well done. And done in a high heat index, no less. 💪☀️

“All gave some — some gave all.”

This granite boulder honors the courage, sacrifice, and service of those who protected our country. Each symbol represents a branch of the U.S. military and every name remembered reflects a life of duty and strength.

At McCall Monument, we are honored to help create lasting tributes for veterans, service members, and their families.

“Together is a beautiful place to be.”

Not just a location, but a feeling of love, trust, and time shared.

This quote gently reminds us that the moments spent side by side are often the most meaningful.

In life. In memory. In the quiet presence of someone who mattered.

Who in your life made “together” feel like home?

Valentine’s Day reminds us of the deep connections we carry, not just in the big gestures, but in the everyday memories.

A shared laugh.
A favorite song.
A note kept in a drawer.
A love that still brings warmth, even in their absence.

Today, we celebrate the lasting power of love, the kind that doesn’t fade.

Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Valentine's Day.

Preparing the stone for its story.

In this step, our team member is smoothing out a raised area on a granite boulder to create a level surface for engraving.

Every detail matters from the first cut to the final inscription. It’s part of how we ensure each memorial is crafted with care, clarity, and respect.
