Mom and I successfully completed ’s 🌼🍃SPRING SCURRY🌱🌷We walked just over four miles together to promote healthy dogs and healthy humans. I even got a medal 🏅

As we are halfway through Mental Health Awareness month, I wanted to share about what I do:

🚘 I go to work with mom twice a week
👵🏼 The oldest person I’ve seen for therapy is 71 (plus many nursing home residents I visit!)
👧🏻 The youngest person I’ve seen for therapy is 4 (plus many babies!)
🚨 I’m currently enrolled in a class to become a Crisis Canine Responder for emergencies and natural disasters

🌍 Mental health impacts all ages around the world so always be kind. You never know what someone is going through. 💚

Did you know…❓

🐾 There’s over 30+ Therapy Dogs at my school alone!! Because of the large amount of us, we’re able to take turns going on various visits.

❤️ Last weekend we attended a presentation for the Masonic Ladies Evening Supper & Learn and showed off our skills!

🦮 This next week, Mom and I are starting an Advanced Therapy Dog class for a fun 8-week-review with my besties!
