thebridgefound@gmail.com The Bridge Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation organized to provide a supportive community environment and “safe haven” for young people for whom the current societal systems have failed. Our Vision is to Build a very cool Off Grid Recovery Community on a Sustainable Farm outside of the current Paradigm, where Young People could paint, write, make music, play, grow, and learn...away from our toxic society and from drugs and alcohol...unlike anything which now exists. The Foundation’s target group consists primarily of individuals between the ages of 16 and 26 and their families, including individuals who are in recovery or struggling with self-destructive behavior, and those not meeting their goals within the current educational institutions or workforce. The Bridge Foundation is targeted to helping Youth and their families seeking direction, support, advice and choices for integrated healing within a community environment. Strategic Partnerships are developed with local area treatment and support programs and community service organizations working in a collaborative Model. Areas of priority for funding include Transitional Housing, Coordination of Housing availability with Community Service Projects, and development of a support group and social network that transcends any single physical individual placement as a critical element to long-term recovery. The Bridge Solution

The Bridge Foundation is a non-profit organization which supports adolescents, young adults, and families in Recovery from drug and alcohol and other behavioral-related problems. The Bridge Foundation believes that there exists a need for a local, supportive, community-based and inclusive Peer environment for young people and their families as they are in the process of navigating challenging transitions that occur during the Recovery Process, and offers a new paradigm that will:
• Provide a physical environment where young people can come together in fellowship and holistic community to work toward common healthy sober practices;
• Foster the quest for young adults and their families to find the right balance in their lives and relationships
• Enable opportunities for prevention, cure and sustainable skill development within an individualized, multi-systemic approach
• Provide tools for survival, self sufficiency, dignity and lifelong freedom from limitations
• Engage in a 12 Step Program when appropriate in ways that are meaningful to young adults. The Bridge Foundation represents a sturdy Bridge for participants to walk on as they move about their lives and integrate the often challenging worlds of sobriety and student life. Its aim is lifelong freedom from constricting limitations and achievement of best potential. We assist individuals and family Members in connecting with local area housing, treatment and support providers, events and community service opportunities. We provide consultations and collaborative meetings at our offices, as well as referrals and direction by phone. We provide a Bridge connecting those combating Addiction with available options and opportunities supporting physical.
