Do you struggle with morning anxiety? Have you’ve been waking up in an already anxious state?

Surprisingly, it’s not only about having to deal with your day or going to work/school.

Turns out our cortisol (stress hormone) levels are higher in the morning because our body is using this hormone to wake us up. Emotional healing is the ability to acknowledge events and circumstances in our lives that may hinder us to move forward. It’s a process that allows us to take control of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

It can stem from many circumstances, whether it’s coming out of a long-term relationship, the loss of a job, getting over a sickness, or losing a loved one. If you’re an anxious person, this scenario will sound familiar: you’re at work, minding your own business, when anxiety starts to creep in.
