Let’s give a welcome to one of our new faces at the front desk! Here’s a little about Ruth. ❤️

Hi! My name is Ruth and I’m a wife to my wonderful husband, Hunter, and mama to my precious baby girl, Phoebe. 

Outside of serving you at EFC, I’m a pre/postnatal exercise specialist and personal trainer. I have a passion for educating and empowering people to become their strongest using functional strength training through every phase of life.

Apart from work, you’ll catch me working out, playing beach volleyball and spending time soaking up the sun outside with our two shepherd pups.

I’m excited to be a part of the EFC team as I avidly love the human body and holistic wellness. I look forward to getting to know everyone while providing support during your individual wellness journey!
