What if AI didn’t replace motherhood… but protected it?

In this episode of The Running Wine Mom, I sit down with mom of four Lianne Liebowitz aka to talk about how she uses AI to lighten the invisible load of motherhood.

We talk about:
• AI meal planning for busy families
• toddler meltdown scripts
• personalized bedtime stories
• outsourcing logistics (not connection)
• protecting your mental bandwidth

Because motherhood already asks a lot of us — and sometimes support can come from unexpected places.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the mental load, this episode might change how you think about help.

POV: You accidentally become the coolest mom on the block because you turned Magnatiles into a HOLOGRAM machine. 🤯✨

This is one of those “looks complicated, actually isn’t” hacks that keeps kids mesmerized… and gives you a second to breathe.

It’s creative.
It’s screen-adjacent but educational.
And it feels slightly magical.

The video, comment YouTube for the link and I’ll send it your way. 👀

Save this for your next rainy day, snow day, or “why are they fighting again?” afternoon.

From my lens, this isn’t just a father-daughter dance.

It’s confidence being built in real time.
It’s safety.
It’s a little girl learning what love looks like — so she’ll never question it later.

He’s not just showing up.
He’s imprinting.

And I get to watch it happen. 🤍

I almost didn’t post this because I thought…
“Nobody wants to see this.”

And then I remembered I once watched a tired mom whisper-clean her kitchen at 10:42 p.m. and didn’t even scroll.

We are not watching for perfection.
We’re watching for real.

Everything is content.
Especially the part you almost delete.

And also-go to for some treats & a toasted almond honey latte!

There’s something wild about being a working mom in 2026.
We fought to have careers.
We fought to be taken seriously.
We fought to have options.
And yet somehow… we’re still expected at the 10:30 AM class party.
The emails always say:
“Don’t worry if you can’t make it!”
But you do worry.
Because your kid notices.
Because the room looks full.
Because the guilt creeps in.
This isn’t about blaming schools.
It’s about acknowledging the emotional math working moms do every single week.
Provide.
Be present.
Volunteer.
Excel.
Smile.
Don’t drop anything.
At some point we have to admit:
The expectations are unrealistic.
And naming that doesn’t make us ungrateful.
It makes us honest.
If you’ve ever sat in your car debating whether to leave work for a 45-minute assembly… I see you.

If you’re running more but feeling worse… this might be the missing piece.

We talk about:
• Cortisol and fat storage
• Why under-fueling backfires
• Menstrual cycles + endurance training
• Acupuncture for recovery
• And why rest isn’t weakness

Women aren’t small men.
Our hormones change how we respond to stress and exercise.

Longevity > burnout.
