No one likes surgery! But if you have to have it, the best thing to do is to be prepared and have your expectations correctly set. I try my very best to help my patients understand what their time at the office will be like during their Mohs procedure. I want to ensure they feel cared for and are as comfortable as possible during their procedure. I LOVED that this patient took my suggestions to heart today!!!

We are learning more and more about how can improve skin health and benefit patients post-procedure. A derm clinical application is REDUCED HEALING AND DOWNTIME, after certain procedures. For example, after an intense TETRA CO2 laser treatment, the application of topical exosomes to the skin can cut the recovery time down by almost 50%. Time is money …and that’s money well spent!!!
