Dr Skalicky performed an abdominoplasty with lateral liposuction. It is so important to use techniques that give correction in a natural way. This patient presented to us with complaint that her nose had a “bump” seen on her profile and a droop to her nasal tip with smiling. Open rhinoplasty was performed by Dr Skalicky, correcting both of these issues. In addition, the procedure created a softness to the nose that resulted from a combination of subtle techniques that integrated and scaled all nasal proportions together in a pleasing aesthetic package.
