Always nice to get an unsolicited “selfie” from a happy patient. This patient came to us for correction of her abdominal and muscle laxity. Dr Skalicky performed an abdominoplasty with lateral liposuction. It is so important to use techniques that give correction in a natural way. We love the patient’s postoperative appearance of her umbilicus, which can often be a telltale sign that an abdominoplasty was performed if not done properly.

This patient presented to us with complaint that her nose had a “bump” seen on her profile and a droop to her nasal tip with smiling. Open rhinoplasty was performed by Dr Skalicky, correcting both of these issues. In addition, the procedure created a softness to the nose that resulted from a combination of subtle techniques that integrated and scaled all nasal proportions together in a pleasing aesthetic package.
