We are an 8,000 square foot boutique full-service club catering to over 1,000 members, and growing! Our 8,000 sq. ft.

facility offers everything community members could want in their local club. All of our equipment was purchased brand new from LifeFitness in 2018. Our club layout is strategic, with logical workout routines in mind, including the Cardio Studio, LifeFitness Circuit Machines, and our Group Fitness Auxiliary Room.

During this Memorial Day Weekend, our tough members completed the Murph Challenge in honor of those who have served💪🏼❤️💙

This is a CrossFit workout where you run one mile, do 100 pull-ups, 200, push-ups, 300 bodyweight squats, and then run another mile while wearing a 20lb vest😳 We are so proud of our Transcend fam that came out for the holiday and showed UP! We have hosted this challenge for many years and are always so impressed by all of you!!
