Our slogan is "Breathe. Relax. Renew." and we invite you to come and relax in our serene salt room to do just that. Simply breathe in deeply to absorb the ionized salt into your body. Relax and let your worries and tensions fade for a little while. Renew to a healthier you. You will feel calmer, less stressed, and a renewed sense of well-being. Dry Salt Therapy, also known as Halotherapy, has been used for over 100 years in Europe and Russia. It is an alternative and natural complimentary treatment for many respiratory ailments, as well as skin and inflammatory ailments. Halotherapy has been found to be beneficial to those suffering from asthma, allergies, ear infections, chronic lung disease, bronchitis, and cystic fibrosis to name a few. Salt therapy is also believed to help with stress reduction, lethargy, mental alertness, and overall well-being.
