A person with low life force energy is more likely to feel stressed or become dis-eased. A person with high life force energy is more likely to feel healthy, happy and able to handle life's challenges. Because Reiki is guided by Universal consciousness, it will never do harm. Reiki can help maintain and restore harmony and balance, improve peace of mind, increase energy and mental clarity, reduce the negative effects of conventional medical treatments, speed healing, and decrease stress and anxiety through life transitions such as weddings, funerals, career changes and much more.

A young yogi’s wisdom…

So true. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I try to alway teach about listening to your intuition. I like to teach it to my students by calling it your “Inner Wolf”.🐺🐺🐺Listen to what your inner wold is howling at you.
Remember to ask is this fear talking or my inner wolf. The ultimate purpose of your intuition is to protect you. 🕸🕸

Am I going toward an adventure or running from fear?
Do I feel good around this person or choice?
Does this person or situation give or take my energy?
Do I feel empowered or disempowered?
Am I listening to my lessons from the past?
What advice would you tell a friend. If you’re facing a difficult decision, but you’re struggling to trust your intuition. Think about the advice you would give a friend.
