I’M OK, ARE YOU OK?
Did you know that this is Mental Wellness Awareness Month? With fewer days this last year between Thanksgiving and Christmas, many of us faced stressful time constraints during a shorter period. Mental health experts advocate that now, instead of making sweeping New Year’s resolutions, we should take a “softer”, more manageable approach by doing a reset on activities and routines that make us feel better.
