This year was the year of the snake!!

Shedding old skins, old stories.

What did you shed this year!?

Today, I proudly opened my mouth and kept boundaries !
I let go of something weighing me down.

I am so happy and proud of myself!!

This is the year I loosen my grip on what no longer serves me.
Old fears. Heavy expectations. Stories I’ve outgrown.

Letting go doesn’t mean giving up—it means making space.
Space for peace instead of pressure.
For trust instead of control.
For growth instead of guilt.

I release the need to have everything figured out.
I honor what was, thank it for the lessons, and gently set it down.

This year, I choose softness with myself.
I choose healing, presence, and the courage to begin again—lighter, freer, and more aligned.

✨ I love the direction this path had been leading me on.

Its December 1st! How are we in the last month of 2025!?

2026 will be here so soon!! I really can not think of much I look to "change" regarding my life in 2025.

Looking to continue a few things in 2026!

Continued focus in wellness & mindfullness
( I really would love to grow a wellness centered focus group!!) You know me- I love to let you speak!! Let it out- let it go!!!

Continued growth into another chapter of volunteering, kindness, and connecting with like minded individuals.

surrounding you in calm and love.

Throw back!! I cant wait, to be welcomed back on tv this coming Saturday. I volunteer with a non profit & will be talking all about it soon enough!!

I really enjoyed my self yesterday.
