In 2010 the Community Health Center of Buffalo,Inc. opened a satellite location in Niagara Falls, New York to provide much needed primary care to the Niagara Falls community. The Community Health Center of Niagara (CHCN) is the first Federally Qualified Health Center in Niagara Falls. We are happy to announce that in the fall of 2011 the Community Health Center of Buffalo will move to a larger and more modern facility to better serve our patients and the community.
