Two questions for you: a) how fast can an 84 year old woman run 200m & b) can you be in your prime at 84? I bet you’re thinking a) s-l-o-w-l-y & b) Nope 🙄 Well, friends, take a look at Kathleen Stewart powering across the finish line in The BMAF British Masters Athletics Federation National Championships in Derby yesterday. Her time? 39.74seconds 😮👏🥇 And you don’t need me to tell you that she is indeed a woman in her prime, something you can be, as I’m learning from , right through the life-span. Next year Kath goes up to the 85+ age group, to become a youngster in the pack, where the women’s world record of 40.20secs will be in her sights. We’ll be rooting for you Kath 👊👍😄
