We will be closed Thurs and Fri June 26th and 27th for a family event. My oldest daughter Ariel is finishing her residency in Family Practice! I'm so proud and wanted to share.

The office will be closed after 10 am Friday May 2nd and all day Mon May 5th. A nurse will be available by phone from 8am-12pm each day for questions. My daughter is graduating from UF! Thank you for understanding.

Well here is the plan... Donna is diligently working on calls to reschedule people. I plan to come in noon Thurs (after it warms up and hopefully some ice melts) to see patients. I will not have a nurse. Friday am we are hoping to have a nurse to help, but that is still up in the air. I can see patients 8-4/5 on Fri. if needed. If there are any patients critically low on meds, please text me. We can arrange telemed appts if needed. Thank you all for understanding. Enjoy the beauty outside!!

This weather! It is hard to make decisions based on predictions. Please call the office to confirm we are open before your appt Wed or Thurs. as I may have to make a last minute decision. If there is no answer, text me (850-543-9780). I think Wed. am may be okay and I may try to make it in (??), but I don't know if my nurse will be able to make it. Thurs am is a concern for icy roads. Thurs afternoon might be okay, but again, not sure if I'll have a nurse. It may be best to consider rescheduling your visit if you have one on Wed or Thurs. You can do this through your Athena portal. I could also do sick telemed visits those days for those who can't wait a few days to be seen. Please be careful as not only may the roads be slick, but parking lots and sidewalks may be icy also. This Dr is from the Midwest and has taken many falls on ice lol. Please be safe.

We have a patient portal to make it even easier for you to request appointments, fill out paperwork, make payments, etc.

Currently we are not accepting patients who do not vaccinate, or who follow an alternative schedules that will not complete the CDC recommended schedule by 24 months of age.
