Waking up at 4 am today so I can teach CPR classes to the night shift crews at Hurlburt Field, today and tomorrow. Reminds me of my night shift days working as 24 hr shift paramedic on the ambulance and night shift nurse at the hospital, those were the days… I am grateful for the experience it gave me and for what I do now!

Held a couple of wonderful CPR classes with the members and our community partners from the Destin Church of Christ this weekend. Take a look at the mother in the first picture learning infant CPR, while her real baby sleeps on her, inside a baby wrap. 👶 💕
