Vanessa Murray is a 200 RYT specializing in Restorative Yoga. A trauma informed instructor that aims to move away from the societal perception of yoga as fitness. She invites her students to explore the therapeutic aspects of yoga by balancing mindful alignment with self-paced movement. She blends meditation, visualization, breath work, physical postures, and yoga philosophy together to speak to the heart of yoga in her classes. Using the Chakras, Essential Oils, Incense, Resin and Healing stones she offers her students a space to find serenity, new-found insights, a deeper connection to self, source and healing within the poses. She also encourages her students to be empowered in their life and develop a spiritual routine that brings that sense of peace, relaxation, self-love, and connection they experience in our studio into their everyday lives. Vanessa strives to help you to develop that practice and to continue to heal even after class has ended.
