March is Social Work Month, and we are proud to celebrate the incredible social workers who serve our community every day! 🌟 This year’s theme, “Social Workers: Uplift. Defend. Transform.”, perfectly reflects the heart of their work.

Our social workers uplift residents and families through compassion and connection, defend dignity and rights through advocacy, and help transform challenging moments into meaningful care experiences. In long-term care, they play a vital role in navigating transitions, supporting emotional well-being, strengthening family communication, and ensuring every resident is treated with respect and understanding.

The Nicholasville community brought the Mardi Gras spirit to life this week with a festive parade and a lively celebration to wrap it all up! 💜💛💚 Residents and Care Team members joined in on the fun with a piñata game, themed charcuterie cups, and a cheerful happy hour. It was a great way to enjoy the season together and fill the community with color, laughter, and Mardi Gras flair!
