What are some ways you are growing? Evolving? Being authentically yourself?
Consider the following Meditation for Positive Growth
Settle into a comfortable seat or recline.
Let your body find a shape that feels supported.
Allow the breath to come as it comes nothing to change.
Pause.
Soften the jaw.
Let the shoulders melt down the back.
Feel the ground holding you.
As you soften into the ground, You’ll repeat a simple mantra, gently, without force.
Let it move through you like a quiet current.
If repeating out loud doesn’t feel right, repeat it silently.
The mantra is:
“I grow in alignment with who I am becoming.”
On your inhale, feel the words rise within you.
On your exhale, feel them settle into your body.
Repeat slowly:
“I grow in alignment with who I am becoming.”
Let the mantra sync with your breath.
Let it soften the edges of effort.
Let it become a rhythm rather than a task.
If the mind wanders, simply return to the phrase.
If the phrase feels too much, shorten it to:
“I grow with ease.”
Or perhaps even…
“I grow.”
Choose the version that feels most supportive.
As you continue repeating your mantra, imagine growth as something gentle such as
roots expanding in soft soil,
like light widening at dawn, or
like breath filling the body without being asked.
Let the mantra guide you into spaciousness:
“I grow in alignment with who I am becoming.”
Release the mantra.
Let the breath return to its natural rhythm.
Notice any subtle shifts warmth, ease, clarity, or simply presence.
Place a hand on your heart or belly if that feels grounding.
Offer yourself one final whisper:
“I am becoming, and I am enough.”
When you’re ready, gently open your eyes or lift your gaze.
