3 things you can do now to feel more prepared for birth 💜

1. Learn your options
Understanding things like pain management, interventions, and different birth settings helps you walk in feeling confident—not caught off guard.

2. Talk through your preferences
Have conversations with your provider, doula team, and your partner ahead of time so everyone knows what matters most to you.

3. Build your support team
Who’s in the room matters. Having people there who know you, support you, and can help you stay grounded makes a big difference.

Birth may be unpredictable… but feeling prepared doesn’t have to be.
