When the craving for pizza hits with only minutes to spare, premade naan flatbreads can save the day. Easy to prepare and delightfully sophisticated, these pizzas come together in less than 20 minutes. The combination of creamy cheese, tangy peaches, salty prosciutto, peppery arugula and briny cannabis-infused olive oil can’t be beat. In the mood for more classic pizza flavors? This flatbread pizza technique can be used with any combination of toppings.
2 naan flatbreads
1 peach, sliced
4 ounces fresh mozzarella or ricotta cheese
3 slices prosciutto, torn
2 handfuls arugula
Drizzle of hot honey
Sprinkle of flaky salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1–2 tablespoons PC PURE Cannabis Infused Olive Oil
2 lemon wedges
Preheat the oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the naan flatbreads on the prepared pan. Divide the peach slices and cheese between the flatbreads, breaking the mozzarella into bite-size pieces. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the flatbread has browned slightly and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from the oven and immediately top each pizza with the torn prosciutto, arugula, hot honey, salt and pepper. Drizzle ½ to 1 tablespoon of the olive oil onto each pizza. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and consume with caution.
