Celebrating Catalina Beltran’s 19 years at Citadel at St. Benedict! 🎉

For 19 years, Catalina has been a devoted CNA, always going above and beyond to support residents and make them feel at home. She says, “The residents are like family to me, and being part of their lives has been the most meaningful part of my journey.”

Her advice for anyone starting in healthcare: “Focus on teamwork, show respect, and be compassionate. Treat everybody like family and the rest will fall into place.”

One memory that stands out is when a resident’s family told her they always wished they could take her home. Catalina shares, “Everybody, especially the families, loves the way I treat them and their loved ones. I strive to do my best, and it’s always nice to hear that you made an impact on somebody’s life.”

If she had to describe her journey in one word, it would be “Heartfelt,” reflecting the care and connection she shares with residents every day.

Thank you, Catalina, for your dedication, compassion, and 19 incredible years. We are so grateful for you! 💛

As our Director of Admissions, Stacy has spent years welcoming residents and families with compassion and care. She reflects, “It feels unreal and rewarding to work here for so long.”

Her advice for anyone starting in healthcare is simple: “You are here to affect people’s lives, so be open-minded. When you love what you do, it makes all the difference.”

Describing her journey in one word, Stacy chose “Impactful.” She shares, “Every resident has a story, and getting to know them has opened my eyes. This isn’t just a facility, it’s a home, and people care for people here.”
