About last night… 😍
Butcher Box! Rib eye. Eating grass-fed and finished steak is very good for you. Especially when you’re like me with brain injury, low ferritin/iron, and need all the protein, omegas, and iron! My husband makes a great medium rare steak! And then add some lemon asparagus and some roasted potatoes with a lime-cayenne mayo dip. We don’t eat like this all the time but it was tasty.

70% of environmental triggers can cause disease and 30% genetics. Too bad this country is so bad at teaching correct nutrition and healthy lifestyle, if at all. When I was in school in the 90s they said to follow the food pyramid. so inaccurate now! And the thing is, every person needs a different form of healthy lifestyles. There’s no one way to eat. No one way to exercise. No one way to support mental and emotional health. No one perfect hours of sleep. No perfect way to socialize. Every single person will need different things. We find what works for us and even then it can change over our lifetime.
What I learned in my health coaching program last year. We all do our best with what we know and what we have available to us.

These are just some breakfasts I have. I can’t eat too heavily at once because of my dysautonomia and less on the heavy carbs. Find what works for you and give it a try. Need help? Let me know!

Andy, my husband, got me this ginkgo 3 years ago. It was so tiny and now it’s grown huge!! Ginkgos represent so much. Especially resilience. I even have a ginkgo leaf tattooed on my shoulder. They are amazing trees. They date back over 200 million years!
