Biohacking is only as good as the food we eat. In a healthy balanced environment, mind/body/spirit we would not need all the “tools”. Health is about ALL the ingredients (not “being skinny”) and how they work together in balance. Growing our own organic greens is easier than some might think. Getting antioxidants (electrons 😉) every where we can is essential in this modern toxic environment. There are many ways to do this and we will soon be hosting in house classes to teach exactly this.
