At Amada NorthShore, we recently celebrated our dedicated team during a special Caregiver Connection event — and what an inspiring day it was!
Together, our caregivers in this in-service have proudly delivered over 14,000 hours of compassionate care to those in need. Their dedication does not go unnoticed. During the event, we honored several team members with award pins in recognition of their outstanding service and unwavering commitment to quality care.
We also provided a meaningful in-service session focused on mental health wellness and self-care, empowering our caregivers to prioritize their own well-being. Additionally, we explored ways to take great caregiving skills even higher — encouraging growth, resilience, and excellence.
The event concluded with a heartfelt gratitude poem, a small token of appreciation for the big hearts who give so much every day.
To our caregivers: thank you for the love, patience, and strength you bring to every shift. You are the heart of Amada NorthShore.
