Did you know that the vegetable oil you use to fry your Thanksgiving turkey is recyclable? That's right! Here's how:

Step 1: After cooking, let your oil cool and filter out any solids.
Step 2: Pour oil into any shatterproof container.
Step 3: Drop off your oil at CRC Southern Recycling in Carbondale
(M-Thurs. 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm, Saturday 8am - 1:30pm)
Step 4: Your cooking oil is collected and processed into biofuel!

Are the holiday lights you pulled out of storage this year not working? Don't trash them - they are recyclable! You can drop off old classic string lights as well as LED lights, rope lights, C7 and C9 lights, and extension cords at CRC Southern Recycling in Carbondale!
