Dear valued clients and friends,
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak I thought it appropriate and necessary to reach out to all of you. For over twenty years I have followed a standard practice hygiene protocol to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for myself and my clients. As for concerns about COVID-19, I have decided to implement a few new preventive procedures. These primarily involve things I will be doing here at my office, but I also need your help.
Things I will be implementing:
⢠I will be avoiding face massage unless you have a particular issue you want to address (TMJD, headaches, etc).
⢠I will be increasing the frequency of disinfecting common, high-touch surfaces.
⢠I may continuously diffuse an essential oil blend that promotes relaxation and immune health with an electric diffuser (I normally diffuse this blend with a spray prior to each session), and will turn it off if I know someone is coming in with asthma or other sensitivities.
⢠I will be suspending my cancellation policy. I want you to feel free to bow out of a session if you have a last-minute cold or flu-like symptoms, and I donāt want you to stress about trying to find someone else to take your place.
⢠As this situation evolves, I may implement additional measures.
Things you can do to help:
⢠Please use caution. If you (or someone youāve been around) are not feeling well, have the flu, a cold, or COVID-19 please reschedule or cancel your appointment (as stated earlier Iām suspending my cancellation policy). If you come in actively sick I will ask you to go home, to protect both myself and your fellow clients.
⢠Please use proper hygiene practices. For further information please refer to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the World Health Organization for the most up-to-date facts about the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
⢠Please communicate your needs and concerns with me. More, now than ever, communication is imperative.
I appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this trying time. I would like to deeply and sincerely thank all of you for your continued business. With a sense of community we can get through anything, one day at a time.
Kindest regards,
Wendi Wells
