Our facility has no more than six residents at one time to allow our caregivers to provide more one-on-one attention to meet each resident’s individual needs. Our facility is licensed with a hospice and dementia waivers; which means, if your loved one is active but one day reaches a point where they need hospice they can stay right in the facility and will not need to be moved to another location.
Our families take great comfort in knowing all their family members’ needs are being taken care of and they can stay in our facility if their condition decreased. We have over 10 years of experience for the highest level of care including end of life care. We strive to create a special home for seniors who want to live in an atmosphere that is calm, comfortable, and pleasant. We are committed to helping you and your loved ones achieve quality living with meaning and purpose. Our property features lush garden views, private and shared suites available. The home is on a gated property located in Nipomo. Without being immersed in the city it is mere fifteen minutes from the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital. Each room is equipped with a phone, high definition televisions with cable, and high speed internet. Each room is bathed in natural light with picturesque views. Facility doors and property exits are monitored electronically so that a wandering resident will trigger alarms that alert the staff.
