The Oaks at Nipomo had a great October! We had a great time at our Oktoberfest, showed our awareness for Pinktober, put a spell on everyone at our Hocus Pocus happy hour, and had a Halloween birthday bash to end the month.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day Tea Party! It was a great event, our residents, friends and families loved it. A special thank you to our own Chef Ryan and his team for a tea party fair that was so delicious, our Lifestyles team for decorations loved by all, and the whole team at Nipomo for making this such a special and successful event.

No matter your age, everyone can find room for a little ice cream and the residents of Westmont Senior Living communities are no exception. YouGov asked 1,000 US adults about their favorite ice cream flavor, and many Americans ranked vanilla and chocolate at the top. Closely following America's most popular flavors were strawberry, cookies and cream, and chocolate chip. No matter the flavor, ice cream is cool on a hot afternoon, and colorful enough to take a grey day away. So what’s not to like? Take it from us…you scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream!
