This transformative breathwork workshop is carefully crafted with the intention to offer space for deep self exploration & healing. During each session we will use the power of the breath as a catalyst to explore our subconscious programming and how it dictates our thoughts, actions & behaviors.
Through the active breath, journal prompts and sharing, we will create a sacred space that allows us to dive deeper, to stretch beyond our outdated limits & to build the capacity for more self compassion & trust.

Benefits of a regular breathwork practice include: releasing stuck/stagnant energy from physical & subtle body; nervous system regulation; develop a deeper connection to Self; cultivate your unique intuitive gifts; process & heal emotional wounds; identify & release limiting stories; gain clarity & confidence to create positive shifts in your life.

Our March Chai and Vibe was spectacular and we are already planning the next one! (I sorta just think .espressobars should just permanently live outside our studio after each class! I love standing in the sunshine drinking Chai and spending time with you all. See you next month!

Morning light at the studio always brings me so much joy! Starting this week however I will not be in the studio till the afternoon and evening!! That’s right, and I are doing a lil switch-a-roo! He will be teaching Mondays at 630 am and I’ll be teaching his Mondays 6 pm strong flow! See ya tonight shine fam!
