The 2025 Ingersoll Place Annual Holiday Party is in the books. It was a spectacular evening with Residents, their Families and Friends and Ingersoll Place Staff and Trustees. It is the night we await hosting all year. The pictures show why. Happy Holidays to all from our Ingersoll Place Family!

Ingersoll Place has always been honored to have Veterans in residence. We thank and respect them for their service to our country. A few times a year our Activities and Dining teams host a special Veteran's lunch. Seven of our Veterans were present for our lunch this week. While enjoying a special meal those present shared stories of their time in service. A big "Thank You" to all our Veterans, and the Spouses of Veterans, that live at Ingersoll Place.

National Assisted Living Week at Ingersoll Place culminated on Friday with some old time camping fun! Beach balls in the pool, making S'mores, tie-dying shirts, yard games, tattoos and soaking up the sun! Couldn't have asked for a nicer day!

It is tradition to hold a "Staff Appreciation & Years of Service" ceremony at Ingersoll Place every year during National Assisted Living Week. This year we are proud to recognize 14 staff members with a 1-Year Milestone pin. Four Staff received 5-year pins. And, one Staff received a 10-Year pin! Of our 65 staff members only 5 have been with Ingersoll for less than one year. Not only does Ingersoll Place have the Best residents, we have wonderful staff!!

National Assisted Living Week's 2025 theme of "Ageless Adventures" was in full swing as a group of Ingersoll Place residents visited with some equine friends at Krumkill Stables. What an adventure they had spending time up close with these fabulous animals.

The Ingersoll Place Annual Luau was even more special this year as we celebrated Hawaii during USA Week! The Activities Team helped residents explore Hawaiian culture while The Dining Team created a Hawaiian feast for our special Luau Lunch! Aloha Everyone!!

Ingersoll Place Summer BBQ's are Not your average BBQ! The outdoor heat and humidity called for the July BBQ to be held indoors, but that didn't stop Chef Jason and his team from putting on a great event!

It's Official! Just in time for summer, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on June 16th, to celebrate the new Outdoor Pavilion at Ingersoll Place! Heartfelt Appreciation to The Carlilian Foundation, The J.M. McDonald Foundation, M&T Charitable Foundation, Price Chopper's Golub Foundation, the William Gundry Broughton Charitable Foundation as well as to the many friends, neighbors, businesses and community organizations that helped make the new pavilion a dream come true! Among those present and pictured were Ed Kurtik, Resident Council President, Kevin Walsh, President, Board of Trustees, Caroline Thompson, Executive Director and various Ingersoll Place staff.
