The beauty of the day is undeniable, with sunshine casting a warm glow. Residents are reveling in the pleasant weather. A mouth-watering pot roast dinner and apple crisp dessert were crafted by Rachel and Conner. Geri, Judy, and I undertook a scenic walk on the trail. Later, a thrilling trivia match and peaceful outdoor reading concluded our afternoon.

This morning, an indoor kickball game took place with Luke and his students, followed by the gifting of Easter baskets. A meal of spaghetti, salad, and homemade banana cake was prepared by Rachel and Diane. With the sun out, everyone was eager to go outside; James and I took advantage of the opportunity for a short walk.

We enjoyed an excellent day here at Hills, thanks to Brad from Crosby's musical visit, featuring his vocal talents and guitar playing. Jacob and Rachel provided a wonderful moment with their twinning, which we captured in a photo. Moments Hospice visited and led a fun sip and paint activity, complete with dirty soda and popcorn. The Ham and potato chowder crafted by Rachel and Conner was truly remarkable and a big hit with everyone.

The day's schedule included an indoor kickball session to get us started. Rachel and Conner showcased their culinary skills with a delectable lunch of chicken Cordon Bleu, baked potatoes, and mixed vegetables. It's Monday, which can only mean one thing - BINGO with Robyn. The morning commenced with a fun-filled session of indoor kickball, set to an energetic soundtrack that perfectly complemented the morning atmosphere. Diane and Rachel's culinary efforts resulted in a delectable pot of chili and a scrumptious chocolate apple cake, both of which were thoroughly enjoyed by all, even if I failed to document it with a photo. Our spring cleaning initiative is in full swing, with particular focus on the office area, which is also receiving a fresh coat of paint. Debbie dropped by to offer her expertise in hairstyling to fellow residents.

The day began with invigorating stretches and exercises, after which we concluded our winter cleanup and transitioned to summer preparations. A delectable lunch was crafted by Conner and Rachel, consisting of grilled seasoned pork chops, sweet potatoes, and green beans. Our Monday bingo session is always welcomed with Robyn calling.
