I'm back from NOLA once again. Things are moving so quickly in my life that I didn't have the time ( or brain space) to send out an announcement about leaving Yoga Pod before I did it. When I joined Yoga Pod a few months ago I knew I had multiple trips planned in the Spring and cleared it with management. However, so many other opportunities to travel and work elsewhere have come up that it just wasn't the responsible thing to keep subbing out classes. When two other trips became necessary I had to make a choice. Classes on someone else's schedule or my freedom. Well, you know me, I'll choose freedom every time. I'll be putting out a schedule of workshops, Dharma courses and special events at my home studio and elsewhere soon. Big love to you all! ❤️🙏
