Meet Ms. Mariss! One of our wonderful RBTs at Daytastic ABA!

🌟 Meet Marissa – RBT at Daytastic ABA 🌈

Hi, I’m Marissa! I’ve always had the heart to help others, but it wasn’t until college — when I discovered psychology — that I found the path that truly felt right. I became fascinated by learning about different disabilities and disorders, and I also have personal experiences that made this journey even more meaningful.

Growing up with my own developmental challenges and having a brother with maladaptive behaviors inspired me to support kids and teens navigating similar experiences. When I learned about the RBT credential through Daytastic ABA, I knew it was exactly where I was meant to be.

I get to do what I love every day. The best part of being an RBT is seeing real progress in the kids we serve and getting to build meaningful relationships through play and learning.

This role has also helped me grow. I’ve learned to manage my emotions, understand that other people’s behavior aren't a reflection of my own, and embrace personal responsibility and compassion.

I bring patience, acceptance, commitment, and creativity to work every day — and while I don’t know exactly what the future holds, I know I want to keep giving these amazing kiddos the tools to build independence and confidence 💪💙

Introducing one of the apprentices at Daytastic ABA LLC!

Hi friends! I’m Mrs. Mandee—and I wanted to share a little piece of my heart and the journey I’m on!

Now, I may not run on coffee or energy drinks like most people, but give me a cold Dr Pepper and I’m good to go! I’m also lucky to have the cutest little sidekick—my boxer, Moo Moo—named for her sweet brown and white cow-like coloring.

But what truly drives me is something much deeper. I’m a proud mama to three amazing kiddos, each with their own unique strengths and challenges as they navigate life with autism. They are my greatest teachers, my daily joy, and the reason I fell in love with the world of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).

Because of them, I’ve found my calling—and I’m now on the path to achieving my biggest personal and professional goal yet: becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! This journey is all about turning my passion for teaching, loving, and learning into a purpose that can help others.

Hey friends — I’m Mr. Robby, one of the BCBAs here, and I’m excited to share a bit of my journey with you!

I found my way into the field of ABA after going back to school at almost 40 years old 🎓. As a proud dad to a 22-year-old son with ASD ❤️, I often think back to the early 2000s when we didn’t have the opportunity for ABA services. I wish we would have — it could’ve made a world of difference.

Now, I get to be part of that difference for other families — and I can’t begin to describe how fulfilling that is. Watching our kiddos grow 🌱, gain new skills ✨, connect with peers 🤝, and build confidence is the most rewarding experience.

I earned my master’s degree last fall 🎉 and every day, I’m reminded that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

It’s truly an honor to support the incredible children and families we serve 💙

Here’s a little about her in her own words:

“Hello everyone, my name is Crystal Stapp. I’ve chosen a role in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) because it allows me to work closely with families and clients, helping them learn and apply meaningful skills that support living their most socially significant and fulfilling lives.
