Our culinary team served up a Diwali themed candlelight in all 3 communities. We had a Diwali themed charcuterie for starters, tandoori chicken panini’s with Marsala potato wedges and roasted vegetables and grilled shrimp skewers served with a mango glaze with safron rice and roasted vegetables and a salted caramel cupcake topped with edible marigolds for dessert. A great time was had by all!
