Day 18 of Holiday Cheer ✨🕯️
Today we celebrated the 3rd Sunday of Advent, lighting the candle of Joy and reflecting on hope, love, and peace. We also welcomed the beginning of Hanukkah, honoring the Festival of Lights and the miracle of light shining bright. A beautiful day filled with reflection, tradition, and togetherness as we celebrate the many ways light brings us closer during this season. 💙🕊️🕎

It is the 17th day of our 42 Days of Holiday Cheer! We played a fun game where our residents watched our Arrow Senior Living Holiday Music Videos and hunted for hidden clues in each video. We also continued our celebration of “Wreaths Across America” gifting wreaths to some very special Veterans! We are grateful and proud of those who have served!

Day 16 of Holiday Cheer was gingerbread house day — and it was extra sweet! 🏠🍭 We decorated, laughed, and finished the celebration with a gingerbread happy hour that everyone enjoyed.

Today’s Yule Lad mischief involved unauthorized phone use! We spotted him at work making mysterious calls — perhaps ordering snacks, planning more pranks, or checking in with the North Pole. HR has been notified… but he’s still smiling.

📞 Rumor has it he was calling Santa to report on today’s mischief.

Yule Lads Eve Shenanigans!
Today our mischievous Yule Lad was everywhere! Staff and residents spotted him splashing around in the pool, sneaking into the snack stash, and even trying to swipe a few Christmas presents on his way through the halls. He clearly made himself right at home—laughing with residents, causing harmless trouble, and spreading plenty of holiday cheer. Who knows where we’ll catch him next? 🎄😄

Wreaths Across America Prep

Today we kicked off the holiday spirit by crafting beautiful wreaths for Wreaths Across America! Residents came together to fluff greenery, tie bright ribbons, and add a touch of cheer to every wreath. It was a joyful afternoon of teamwork, laughter, and honoring our heroes in a festive way.

Day 13 warmed us right up—with mugs in hand and movies on the screen! Residents gathered for our Hot Cocoa Drinking Game, complete with marshmallows, whipped cream, candy canes, and all the cozy toppings you can imagine.

We laughed, sipped, and played along as we watched our favorite holiday films—taking a drink every time someone said “Merry Christmas,” a snowflake fell, or a heartfelt hug happened on screen.

It was a sweet, silly, joy-filled day that brought out big smiles and even bigger mugs of cocoa. ☕️❄️
