Our most adventurous therapist has taken on a NEW ADVENTURE…

Sunshine Loveland, LPC, has moved from seeing clients part time to a full time case load with us. Lucky for clients, this means her waitlist has opened up and she is now accepting new clients!

Sunshine specializes in seeing teenage girls and adult women; She utilizes Christ centered counseling and helps move clients from a place of distress to peace, hope and freedom.

Well, actually, how are you? We know that just because the sun is out doesn’t mean life is easy.

Summer is a great time to stop and check in with yourself. To prioritize mental health during the summer, here are a few quick tips:

☀️stay active
☀️seek support when needed
☀️nourish your body with healthy food
☀️get outside for vitamin d support

Welcome, Kaci Cunningham, MS, PLPC!
With a warm and empathetic approach, Kaci is passionate about supporting adult women of all ages, through life’s many challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and divorce recovery.

Kaci holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Evangel University (2025). Kaci brings a fresh, insightful perspective to her work, grounded in both academic training and a deep commitment to holistic, faith-based care. She is currently a Presidential Member in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors.
