Hope Rising Biblical Counseling is a not for profit counseling service. Bill and Jeannie Longanecker have almost four decades of experience in counseling and mentoring from the Biblical principles.They have been married for 41 years The Longaneckers have been in the ministry serving as Senior Pastor for 38 years as well. They are committed to using the timeless truths laid out in the Bible as guidelines as they counsel others, helping them to build healthy, joy-filled lives and relationships. They are both compassionate and truthful in their counseling style. They do this as a ministry, therefore all services are issued on a donation basis.
