The ALC focuses on students and assists with their academic needs such as: Coaching/Tutoring, Proctored Exams, Library & Disability Support Services. The Academic Learning Center provides assistance to the students and faculty at OTC Richwood Valley Campus in a variety of ways. Tutoring: We offer free tutoring to students enrolled in online and seated courses in subjects varying from math, chemistry, biology, CIS, and writing assistance.
