The Best Pose for a Full Body Stretch!

I love Warrior II, it’s one of my favorite ways to stretch and strengthen my whole body all at once.

When done right, its a super grounding and connected pose that strengthens your entire body.

Here are 3 of my favorite stretches that always help me release and reset when that ache creeps in.
They are simple, grounding, and don’t require anything fancy — just your body, your breath, and a few quiet moments to come back home to yourself.

Try them when you wake up, before bed, or anytime your back feels a little off.

Sedona was home to my FOURTH Yoga Retreat and is now in the books and one for the books!! ✨ Energy was our guiding light, and in Sedona where it can be felt and experienced—it was nothing short of amazing!! 🌀

I always take time following a retreat to digest, embrace, and reflect on everything, because it is not only the time at the retreat itself—it is all the planning prior, along with the fear and hope that someone will trust you enough to come. I had nine ladies who stepped away from their everyday life and were gracious enough to share their time with me! 💛 You ladies filled my heart and my cup in ways you may never fully understand, and for that I am THANKFUL and HUMBLED!

Memories made, laughs had, and tears shared make up a great retreat—along with a few new hashtags:








And SO many more!!! These hashtags carry memories and will forever be part of our journey together 👭👭👭👭

I must take a moment to thank my amazing husband Jerry Vaughn and beautiful daughter Courtney Allan who showed up to support me by taking care of all the big and little needs so that I could focus on teaching. You are everything, and I could not have done, or do any of this without you! 🥰

In the future, I look forward to holding many more retreats and workshops honoring my passion to teach, and I hope you will join me one day 🙏

When yogis have free time at a yoga retreat, what do they do……ACRO YOGA! 🤸‍♀️💫

You rely on one another for strength, encouragement, and trust!! In the end, you get fun poses and lots of laughs 😂.
