March is Medical Social Worker Month, and we are honored to celebrate the incredible Social Workers who serve our patients and families at Suburban Health at Home 💙

Our Hospice and Home Health Social Workers are compassionate guides in what can often feel like a complicated medical journey. They help patients and families understand their care options, connect them with community resources, navigate insurance and benefit programs, and ensure they are using every available support to receive the best possible care.

From coordinating services and advocating for patient needs to offering emotional support during life’s most tender moments, our Social Workers stand beside families every step of the way. They turn confusion into clarity and uncertainty into confidence.

What a FUN night in Hendricks County! 👜✨

Katie, our Suburban Home Health Liaison, and Sarah, our Suburban Hospice and HME Liaison, had an absolute blast at Purse Bingo at Cumberland Trace! Hosted by Hendricks County Senior Services and Cumberland Trace, the evening brought the community together for laughter, friendly competition, and a great cause.

Funds raised during the event will benefit the Alzheimer's Association and HCSS, supporting vital programs and services for seniors in our community. Suburban Hone Health was proud to be a sponsor for such an amazing and meaningful event!

Our girl, Sierra, is officially married! Not only did she surprise all of us with the exciting news, but we had to return the favor with a celebratory lunch for one of our very own.

Here at Suburban Hospice, we could not be happier for Sierra as she steps into this beautiful new chapter. We are so grateful to have her as part of our Suburban family and are wishing her a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and plenty of new adventures as a married woman. 💕

There’s something special about a room filled with community, collaboration, and a little bit of sparkle ✨

This weekend, Suburban Health at Home had the absolute pleasure of attending the 10th Annual Gala with our wonderful partners at Johnson Memorial Health. From reconnecting with familiar faces to sharing great food, music, and plenty of laughter, it was an evening that reminded us why we love serving this community.

Events like this aren’t just celebrations. They’re reflections of the relationships that make healthcare stronger. We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with JMH and the shared commitment we have to caring for patients across our community.
