🏌️‍♀️⛳ What a fantastic day on the course!

Suburban Health at Home was proud to participate in this year’s golf outing alongside our amazing community partners. Our very own Katie Smith, Amanda from the HRH Foundation, and BethAnn from the Hendricks Foundation proudly served as the “Hydration Committee” 😜 — keeping the golf carts stocked with plenty of water throughout the day! 💧🚗

We also enjoyed hearing from Dr. Michelle Fenoughty, CEO of HRH, and Joel Harbaugh, Executive Director of the HRH Foundation, during the event.

With beautiful weather, a wonderful round of golf, and meaningful time spent connecting with community partners, it was truly a great day.

Thank you for having Suburban Health at Home — we appreciate the opportunity to support such a fun and impactful event! 💙

Today, we pause.

Memorial Day is not just the start of summer — it is a day set apart to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, their dedication, and their love for this nation are the reason we enjoy the freedoms we hold dear today.

To every fallen hero — you are not forgotten. To the families who carry that loss every single day — we see you, we honor you, and we are forever grateful.

At Suburban Health at Home, we are humbled to serve a community that includes veterans, active-duty families, and those who have given so much in the name of freedom. Today, we take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and the immeasurable price that was paid for it.

🕯️ Rest in honor, rest in peace.

Suburban Home Health had a wonderful time this morning at the Columbus Community Health and Wellness Expo!

Our amazing Liaisons, Hannah and Talena, truly enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people, building new connections, and sharing how Suburban Home Health supports individuals and families in our community. 💙

💜 May is Women's Health Month — and this one's for all the women who keep everything running.

The ones who show up for everyone else before they ever think about themselves. The caregivers, the nurturers, the ones who put their own appointments on the back burner, their own needs on pause, and their own health at the bottom of a very long list.

We see you. And we need to say this clearly:

You cannot pour from an empty cup. Your health matters too. 💜
What taking care of yourself looks like is different for every woman — and that's okay. It doesn't have to be a spa day or a perfect routine. It just has to be intentional.

Here are a few reminders to start with:
🩺 Schedule that appointment. The one you've been putting off. Make the call today.
😴 Prioritize rest. Sleep is not a luxury — it is medicine.
🧠 Check in with your mental health. Stress, anxiety, and burnout are real, and they deserve attention.
🥗 Nourish your body. Even small, consistent choices add up over time.
🚶‍♀️ Move in a way that feels good to you. A walk counts. Stretching counts. It all counts.
👩‍⚕️ Know your numbers. Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar — stay informed about your own health.
🗣️ Ask for help. Letting others support you is not weakness. It is wisdom.
At Suburban Health at Home, we are proud to support women and families every day — because healthy women build healthy communities. 🏡

This month, we encourage every woman in our community to do one thing for herself. Just one. You deserve it.

💜 Share this with a woman in your life who needs to hear it today.

👑✨ Taking it back to the 80's with the Witham Foundation's Big Hair Bash!

This past weekend, our very own Baili Hart and Kasey Herchenroeder represented Suburban Health at Home at the Witham Foundation's 1980's Big Hair Bash — and it was totally tubular! 🎉🤩

We love seeing our team show up and show out for such an incredible cause. All proceeds from the event benefit the Witham Foundation, and we are so proud to be part of a community that rallies together to make a difference. 💙

And can we talk about the Prom King and Queen?! 👑 A huge congratulations to Dr. Justin Wright and Dr. Tricia Wright for taking the royal titles of the night! We think they wore it well! 😄

Here's to big hair, bigger hearts, and an even bigger impact for the Witham Foundation. Thank you for having us! 🙌

💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to take a moment to say something important:

Your mental health matters. Full stop.

Too often, people suffer in silence — afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or seen as "weak." But the truth is, reaching out for help is one of the bravest things a person can do. Mental health is health, and it deserves the same care and attention as any other part of your well-being.

Whether you're caring for a loved one, navigating a difficult diagnosis, or simply carrying more than you feel like you can hold — you don't have to do it alone. Talking about what you're going through is not a burden. It is the first step toward healing.

At Suburban Health at Home, we see the whole person — not just the diagnosis. We believe that compassionate care means showing up for our patients and families emotionally, not just physically. 🏡💙

If you or someone you love is struggling, please reach out:
📞 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988
📞 NAMI Helpline — 1-800-950-6264

You are not alone. You are seen. And you are worthy of care. 💚

🍦✨ Spreading some sweet love this National Skilled Nursing Care Week!

Yesterday, our very own Sarah Bradley and Megan Ash had the absolute pleasure of serving up an ice cream bar at Brickyard Brandywine for their incredible patients and staff — and by all accounts, it was a HIT! 🎉

There is nothing quite like seeing smiles all around, and Sarah and Megan brought every bit of that energy with them. From the first scoop to the last, they had an absolute blast celebrating the amazing people at Brickyard Brandywine who show up every single day to provide skilled, compassionate care. 🏥💙

To the patients and staff at Brickyard Brandywine — you are seen, you are appreciated, and you deserve every sprinkle. 🍨

National Skilled Nursing Care Week is the perfect reminder of the vital role skilled nursing facilities play in our communities, and we are so proud to partner with facilities like Brickyard Brandywine who pour their hearts into the care they provide.

Thank you for letting Sarah and Megan be a part of your celebration! We love our community partners! 💙

💜🏥 A 2-for-1 kind of day for our very own Marci Logan!

Yesterday, Marci was out in the community doing what she does best — spreading the Suburban Home Health love! 🎉

First up, she had a blast delivering goodies to our friends at Major Health Partners in celebration of Hospital Week! 🎁 We are so grateful for the incredible team at MHP and the partnership we share in bringing quality care to our community. You all deserve to be celebrated! 🏥💙

Then, Marci made her way to the Shelby County Active Aging Coalition's "Paint the Town Purple" event — a beautiful reminder of the importance of supporting our aging community and the resources available to help them thrive. 💜

It was a full and meaningful day, and we could not be prouder to have someone like Marci representing Suburban Home Health with so much heart and energy!

Thank you, MHP, and thank you to the Shelby County Active Aging Coalition for the work you do every single day. We are honored to stand alongside you. 💙💜

Suburban was happy to host the Hancock County Care Connections meeting in Greenfield!

This group exists to bring senior care professionals together — whether you work in senior living communities, provide non-medical care, skilled home health services, hospice, transportation, or any other service supporting older adults. The invitation is always open to those who are passionate about networking, collaborating, and working together to provide excellent care to seniors in Hancock County and the surrounding communities.

We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with others who share the same heart for serving seniors, and we’d love to see you at our next meeting!

🏥 Happy Hospital Week to our friends at Johnson Memorial Hospital!

This week, we had the pleasure of celebrating the incredible team at JMH with a special delivery from our very own Hannah Simon — because the work they do every single day deserves to be recognized! 🎉

We are so grateful for the partnership we've built with Johnson Memorial Hospital. Their dedication to their patients and staff reflects the same values we hold dear at Suburban Health at Home — a commitment to compassionate, quality care for every person we serve.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we are making a real difference in the health and well-being of the communities around us. Thank you, JMH, for being more than just a partner — for being a vital part of the care we provide to our patients every day. 💙

Here's to the teams who show up, give their all, and never stop putting patients first. We are proud to stand alongside you!
