โœ… Before anything else: Be safe. If you're starting something new, check in with your doctor first, especially if youโ€™ve had changes in symptoms or pain. Always use your walker, cane, or have your caregiver nearby if that's how you walk safely.

Now letโ€™s talk posture. Whether you're sitting, standing, or walking, small adjustments make a big difference.

- Keep your hips and knees level
- Feet flat on the floor or a stool
- Sit upright with support behind your backโ€”use a pillow or rolled towel if needed
