๐ Hi everyone, Andy hereโSenior PT with a reminder that

Before anything else: Be safe. If you're starting something new, check in with your doctor first, especially if youโve had changes in symptoms or pain. Always use your walker, cane, or have your caregiver nearby if that's how you walk safely.
Now letโs talk posture. Whether you're sitting, standing, or walking, small adjustments make a big difference.
- Keep your hips and knees level
- Feet flat on the floor or a stool
- Sit upright with support behind your backโuse a pillow or rolled towel if needed
- Keep shoulders above hips, feet hip-width apart
- Stand tall, eyes forward if safe
Donโt stay in one position too long. Shift, walk, or stretch regularly. Better posture isnโt just about looking goodโitโs about feeling better, breathing easier, and moving safer. Letโs build that strength together!
