We’re excited to introduce another valuable wellness amenity at Promenade Trails.

Beginning immediately, residents can visit our onsite Nurse Practitioner Clinic, in the Wellness Hub, every Tuesday from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM. Residents can meet the Brookside Medical team outside of the Life Enrichment Center.

This convenient service is available for both:
• Acute care needs such as minor illnesses, colds, sinus concerns, or unexpected health issues
• Primary care support and routine wellness needs

Having access to a medical professional onsite provides added convenience, peace of mind, and support for healthy living — without the hassle of traveling across town or sitting in crowded waiting rooms.

At Promenade Trails, we remain committed to supporting wellness, independence, and quality of life for our residents every day.

Each month at Promenade Trails, our Men’s Group and Ladies Group bring residents together for fun themed activities, laughter, and meaningful connections.

This month, our Ladies Group celebrated Mother’s Day with a lovely afternoon tea party filled with sweet treats, tea, and great conversation. 🌸☕

Later in the month, our Men’s Group got into the Indy 500 spirit with games, hotdogs, and good company. 🏁🌭
