In observance of the holiday, valet trash service will not run on Wednesday, the 24th, or Thursday, the 25th.
Regular service will resume Sunday, the 28th at the normal time.
If you have extra trash or Christmas boxes, please use the trash room, or community dumpster.

Meet Sarah and Echo!

Sarah serves as our Vice President of Business Development at the Justus Companies. You may recognize her from her work alongside our Leasing and Marketing Team, where she supports marketing initiatives, leasing efforts, and partnership development.

Echo is our dedicated Multi-Site Manager for both Promenade Apartments and Promenade Trails. She oversees daily operations, supports our teams, and ensures residents and prospects receive an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
