In return, we expect an appropriate level of responsibility and commitment from patients that make an appointment and schedule our time. When time changes become necessary by either party, responsible action and fairness will be the guide.

Dentistry remains a demanding area of health care because of the need for exacting craftsmanship in a small and sometimes difficult oral environment. We also face pressures from some insurance companies to deliver a product that is marginally acceptable or a short-term solution to dental problems. But we pledge to accept and deliver only the quality of care we want for ourselves or our family members. We will not compromise quality for insurance companies or any other reason. Since we desire long term relationships with our patients, our work must stand the test of time.
