I’ve been out of the habit of self care. I worked so hard to make healthy habits, and then life or in my case, a foot issue got in the way exercise, and then I let all my good habits go 🥹. I’ve had a couple of days of consistent effort, and just want to encourage any of you in the same place, that we can develop those habits again and welcome them back like an old friend. Here’s to movement, journaling, meditation, healthy food choices or whatever allows your daily life to be a bit elevated to make you feel your best! We got this! 🤗💪 - Jess

This rings so true…. Living daily and intentionally with gratitude changes things. This article is excellent at explaining how else it helps us! I’m GRATEFUL for each of you!

Hoping this season brings comfort and joy to all of you... holidays for me can be stressful at times, but knowing my limits and not placing everyone's happiness in my hands and enjoying family times and letting go of expectations allows for more peace and pure joy.
