We are thrilled to recognize Natalie Miles, our AIT, as our Manager Spotlight for the month of June!
Since joining Harbour in March, Natalie has been an absolute delight. She consistently goes above and beyond to help others-so it's no surprise that her helpful nature shines in everything she does. With her bright smile and kind heart, Natalie brings warmth and positivity to every interaction with residents, staff, and families. Natalie is incredibly passionate about her work and deeply committed to ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. She strives to make a lasting, positive impact on everyone she encounters and is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at Harbour Manor, Natalie shared: "It truly feels like family here!"
Outside of work, Natalie loves staying active with Burn Boot Camp workouts and has a soft spot for cheesecake. Her dream vacation ? Exploring the rich culture, history, and breathtaking scenery of Italy.
