Meet our newest resident at The Lodge, Terri! She moved in with us just a few short weeks ago, but she is already right at home. She has made friends everywhere she turns, and we all love and adore her warmth and smile.

In her free time, Terri enjoys reading and watching TV and her favorite color is red. She states that her favorite part about The Lodge is the friendliness and kindness she has been shown by everyone around her- residents and associates alike. We are so blessed to have her join our little family!

🎉 Please join us in congratulating Jen, our July Employee of the Month!

Jen came to Harbour Manor in March and has been an exemplary example from the get-go. She is a diligent worker and one that steps up and helps wherever needed. Her favorite part of the job is the residents and serving them in housekeeping.

Jen loves all things outdoors - fishing, hiking, etc. She has 6 grandchildren and a fun fact about Jen is she makes jewelry in her spare time.

We are thrilled to recognize Natalie Miles, our AIT, as our Manager Spotlight for the month of June!

Since joining Harbour in March, Natalie has been an absolute delight. She consistently goes above and beyond to help others-so it's no surprise that her helpful nature shines in everything she does. With her bright smile and kind heart, Natalie brings warmth and positivity to every interaction with residents, staff, and families. Natalie is incredibly passionate about her work and deeply committed to ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. She strives to make a lasting, positive impact on everyone she encounters and is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Harbour Manor, Natalie shared: "It truly feels like family here!"

Outside of work, Natalie loves staying active with Burn Boot Camp workouts and has a soft spot for cheesecake. Her dream vacation ? Exploring the rich culture, history, and breathtaking scenery of Italy.

Natalie, thank you for everything you do. We are so grateful to have you as a part of the Harbour family-you make a difference every single day!

Friendship knows no age — it’s found in shared smiles, kind words, gentle hands, and hearts that truly listen. Here in our community, best friends are made over morning coffee, hallway chats, and years of beautiful memories.

When we say that Frank is a friend to all, we mean it! He spends his day asking how you and your family are doing, volunteering to help with any fun celebrations in our community, spending time with his friends in activities, watching Western movies and listening to music.
